I'm honored to share with you a little story about my original song “He thinks that I’m wonderful”. The song features a solo by the incredible trumpet playing of the legendary Steve Madaio, who’s career spanned decades with iconic bands like Paul Butterfield, The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan, John Lennon, B.B. King, Earth Wind and Fire and many more. You might recognize his work on Stevie Wonder's classics 'Sir Duke' and 'Superstition.' 

I was able to perform with Madaio and at the gig, he told me that when I have a song to record,  to give him a call. He generously agreed to record solo tracks for album Radio Theatre.

Though Steve passed away in 2019 at 70, his music lives on, and I'm grateful to have had the chance to collaborate with him. “And as a special treat, I've isolated Steven Madaio's incredible trumpet solo for you to enjoy.
